A good friend of mine celebrated his birthday this week, giving me a wonderful excuse to bake and play with my new camera. The cupcakes shown are carrot cake cupcakes (I have been told by multiple sources that my carrot cake is tops) with cream cheese icing only made more sinful by candied bacon. Yay bacon!
OMG. I LOVE bacon. I'm dying to try a buttermilk cupcake with maple buttercream frosting topped with candied bacon. Mmmmmm.
